“I had the privilege of working with Ellen for almost a decade in my capacity as Registrar at the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA). During that time Ellen transitioned a nascent professional development program from some live in-person program delivery to a mandatory professional development program, with national reciprocity amongst licensing authorities for architects in Canada, that included online, hybrid and in-person program delivery. I was grateful for Ellen’s relationship building skills with both presenters and providers. I believe her most impressive achievement during my tenure was the development of a relationship with the University of Toronto School of Continuing Education to deliver the mandatory Admission Course Program using their platform, which continues today. Ellen put measurable performance systems in place and assured timeliness and consistency in all her projects. I would work with her again if I had the chance.”
